Full descriptionEmbark on an exclusive island odyssey and explore the hidden corners of Thassos that remain unreachable by buses or standard cars. Traveling in the comfort of a premium SUV or luxury van, your journey begins at a magnificent viewpoint where you can soak up breathtaking, panoramic vistas of the Aegean coastline. To start your day like a true islander, we make a brief stop at a traditional coffee roastery in Limenaria. The aroma of freshly ground beans fills the air as you grab a coffee to go, joining the locals in their favorite morning ritual before heading deeper into the island’s secrets.

The adventure continues as we leave the paved roads behind to discover a "top-secret" beach known only to the residents. To reach this turquoise paradise, we follow a short, scenic path through a lush pine forest, enjoying the refreshing shade and the scent of the trees. Once there, you will have ample time to jump into the crystal-clear waters, relax on the smooth sand, and enjoy a secluded swim far from the crowded tourist spots. Following our time at the beach, we visit the historic Monastery of Archangelos, perched dramatically on the cliffs, offering a unique spiritual atmosphere and stunning sea views.

Next, we journey to the historic mountain village of Panagia, the old capital of Thassos. As you walk through its narrow, marble-paved streets, you will learn about the unique architecture and the everyday life of the villagers. Admire the old church built from snow-white marble and take a refreshing break by the natural water streams that flow through the village. You will also have the opportunity to see local craftsmen at work, using authentic materials found exclusively on the island.

To conclude this memorable day, we head to the island's modern capital, Thassos Town (Limenas). Here, we offer an optional festive lunch at a traditional local tavern. This laid-back culinary experience includes freshly baked bread, organic vegetables from the tavern’s own garden, and a variety of mixed seafood or grill specialties, all accompanied by refreshing local wine. With a small group of only 6 to 8 participants, this tour ensures a safe, personalized, and comfortable drive around the entire coastline, offering a complete immersion into the island's authentic soul.
