Cancellation policy of all day trips/activities & car rental
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date and time of the experience or car rental. If the experience requires good weather then, If it’s canceled by Real Holidays due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date if again the weather is not suitable then we offer full refund. If the experience requires a minimum number of travelers, and Real Holidays cancel it because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
